Agreement
By using jeune, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, notes, and other content you submit. You give Heron Packaging LLC a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve jeune. You must have the right to submit your content.
AI results
Bottle identifications, wine details, and taste insights may be incomplete or incorrect. Review results before relying on them. jeune does not provide medical, legal, financial, or alcohol-consumption advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, or violate another person's rights.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. You may stop using jeune or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, or a material violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Heron Packaging LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, to the extent permitted by law.
